This has been the slowest week in my career. And yet more homes have been added to the market.

Bainbridge Island 2 homes, average market time 1 year, 2.7 months. One of these homes was initially listed at $1,100,000 and sold for $450,000 after nearly 2 years. 

The same period last year closed 13 homes ,1 condo, one land parcel

Silverdale, 1 homes on market for 4.8 months
Poulsbo 7 homes (6 presale). Market time for the existing home was 3.2 months
Kingston 1 home sold in 6.8 months
Bainbridge 4 homes, average market time of 9.2 months; 1 condo on market for 1 year, 4 months; 1 land parcel sold in 6 months
