Closings for single family homes doubled this week from last.  Average market time much lower than in the past year. Two well-priced homes sold in 5 days (Silverdale) and 3 days (Poulsbo).

Silverdale 4 homes, average market time 2.3  months.

Poulsbo 5 homes, average market time 3.2 months.

Kingston 2 homes average market time 3 months. 

Bainbridge Island 1 home sold in 1 month.

The same period last year closed 9 homes, 2 condos, 1 land parcel

Silverdale, 2 homes, average market time 5.8 months
Poulsbo 6 homes (1 presale), average market time for existing homes 2 months (one well-priced home sold in one day); 1 land parcel closed in 14.7 months at 70% of original listing price.

Kingston, 2 condo on market for 5.2 months.
Bainbridge Island, 1 condo on market for a total of one year after an 8-month hiatus. Selling price well below last year's initial offering price.
