Yesterday I predicted that Kitsap and King Counties will face a massive housing shortage in the coming decade. If you are skeptical, take a look at this report from Kiplinger Magazine. Hundreds of thousands of new jobs in our area will create tremendous pressure for housing. Unless you're too old to last ten years, NOW is the time to buy what you can afford.
