We got what we wished for, didn't we?

Well, it's here: Hell, or what passes for it in God's Country. Last week we were complaining about Junuary and trying to stay dry, wishing for sunshine and warmth. And we got what we wished for. Air conditioning is rare in here except for cars, and we can't live in our cars for long, can we. So short of hanging out in the local cooling centers, what do we do?
