Any activity during the last week of summer is a surprise.
For the second year during this period no transactions closed in Silverdale. Poulsbo closed 67% fewer homes this year, and Bainbridge 40%. There was no change in Kingston.
Selling times were significantly lower in all three active areas. Selling prices were higher in Poulsbo and Kingston (sharply higher there). Bainbridge average selling price much lower, but it's a small sample.
