Three total transactions in the entire area, half the number for the same period last year. No closings in Silverdale or Bainbridge. The quick sales in Poulsbo and Kingston along with the high sale-to-list percentage suggests that Silverdale and Bainbridge Island sellers are still pricing their homes above the market.
