So Right, Everything is on sale including Real Estate. I know a guy that is in escrow on 15 houses. They will all cash flow. His biggest problem was finding a Realtor that would work with him, said several he interviewed felt he would be a waste of their time and they didn't want to spend the time writing the offers. Go figure.
