Closed Transactions: Jan 22-31
This was an interesting week. The number of sales this week matched last year's week, which is surprising. But even more surprising is that the selling time was significantly lower in Silverdale and Poulsbo--these buyers made choices more quickly. Selling prices were significantly higher this year in Silverdale, Poulsbo, and Bainbridge Island. And selling prices were very close to list price in Silverdale, Poulsbo and Kingston, suggesting that sellers are realizing something about the market.
