Silverdale Jan 2007-2010
Silverdale is still far behind the pace set in 2007 but ahead of last year's pace. That's progress. I guess.

- inventory is real estate jargon for homes currently for sale.
- pended means homes under contract (these homes become sold when the county records the fact that the seller has received proceeds and the title has passed from seller to buyer)
