Closed Transactions March 1-7

Selling prices were up in Silverdale, Kingston, and Bainbridge Island (a $2+ million dollar sale skewed the numbers here). Homes sold much more quickly this week in Silverdale, Poulsbo, and Kingston. Again, the numbers in Bainbridge were skewed--very expensive homes sit on the market much longer.
