Closed Transactions April 22-30

The market has improved dramatically over last year during this period, especially in Silverdale, Kingston and Bainbridge Island.

Selling times were much shorter in Silverdale and Poulsbo but much longer in Kingston and Bainbridge. The average sale price dropped in Silverdale, Poulsbo and especially Kingston. The average sale in Bainbridge Island was higher. Listing prices are very close to selling prices--actually improving in Bainbridge.
