Closed Transactions April 1-7Easter real estate activity is slow for all sorts of reasons--families travel, school is out, etc., etc. Activity was slightly ahead of last year at this time, which is surprising because Easter last year occurred a week later.
Except for Bainbridge, selling prices are lower and selling times are shorter.
